Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Contract Specialist to provide procurement support for the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, award, and administer limited contract types with supervision
Perform cradle-to-grave acquisition functions, including pre-award, post-award, and contract close-out
Review procurement requests for compliance and adequacy of specifications

Required Qualifications

2 years of Federal Contracting Experience
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Familiarity with FAR and VAAR based procurements
