Junior Corporate Counsel - Licensed Attorney

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Corporate Counsel to join its in-house legal team and support various legal and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements related to the fintech and software industry
• Identify legal risks and provide proactive legal advice to business teams
• Conduct legal research and assist with compliance and corporate governance matters

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and Juris Doctor from an accredited law school; licensed in at least one US state
• 1-2 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in-house or at a law firm
• Foundational experience in reviewing and drafting contracts
• Basic understanding of legal and regulatory concepts related to commercial transactions
• Experience or interest in fintech, SaaS products, and the health & fitness industry is preferred
