Job Summary

Seeking a highly imaginative Junior Creative Strategist for a fully remote, full-time position responsible for driving content creation, scaling creative output, and developing growth strategies through innovative storytelling and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive content creation across channels by leading concepting, copywriting, scripting, and directing for engaging videos and visuals
• Scale creative output by owning content velocity goals and implementing AI-powered content systems
• Develop playbooks and test strategies to unlock new growth opportunities while analyzing performance metrics for optimization

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in creative strategy, content, or performance roles
• Experience scaling creative content at a high-growth consumer brand, preferably with AI integration
• Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
• Passion for storytelling with a focus on results, branding, and detail
• Active, fluent usage of AI tools in daily workflows is mandatory
