Job Summary

A company is looking for a Jr Creator Support Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to creator inquiries across various communication channels within one business day
• Review gift card compensation eligibility and manage communication regarding sparked content
• Identify opportunities for improvement from the creator perspective and assist in managing inbox workflow

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in creator support, influencer marketing, social media management, or a related client-facing role
• Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
• Strong self-starter mentality with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
• Demonstrates critical thinking and personal organization skills
• Growth mindset with a desire to learn and adapt based on business needs
