Junior CrowdStrike Administrator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a CrowdStrike Administrator (Junior) to support a pilot deployment for a federal client.

Key Responsibilities

• Support endpoint onboarding, sensor deployment validation, and basic troubleshooting
• Monitor dashboards for sensor health, host visibility, and deployment completion
• Assist with alert review, ticket creation, documentation, and escalation to senior staff

Required Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance
• 0-2 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, cybersecurity, or endpoint management
• Basic understanding of operating systems, endpoint security, and enterprise IT environments
• Experience troubleshooting Windows endpoints and/or Linux virtual environments
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Security+, AWS Cloud Practitioner, or similar) are preferred
