A company is looking for a Junior Culture Coach.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop meaningful relationships with software developers through regular check-ins asynchronously on Slack and synchronously via Zoom
• Coach developers on managing commitments, identifying and shifting unproductive moods, and building habits that support productivity
• Deliver constructive feedback and lead company-wide training sessions

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience as a teacher or software developer
• Ability to communicate effectively with software developers
• Passion for self-help and coaching
• Experience with remote work tools, particularly Zoom and Slack
• Commitment to personal and professional development
