A company is looking for a Junior Culture Coach.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop meaningful relationships with software developers through regular check-ins on Slack and Zoom
• Coach developers on managing commitments, shifting unproductive moods, and building productive habits
• Deliver constructive feedback and lead company-wide training sessions

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience as a teacher or software developer
• Ability to communicate effectively with software developers
• Interest in self-help and coaching methodologies
• Experience with remote communication tools like Slack and Zoom
• Willingness to work full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday
