• Develop relationships with software developers through regular check-ins on Slack and Zoom

Required Qualifications

• Experience in coaching or mentoring roles
• Understanding of core engineering concepts and modern tools
• Ability to identify gaps and propose solutions that align with both people and business values
• Familiarity with AI and automation workflows
• Must be based in regions that align with Pacific, Central, or Eastern U.S. time zones
