Key Responsibilities

• Experience in coaching or mentoring roles
• Understanding of core engineering concepts and modern tools (AI, automation)
• Ability to identify gaps and propose solutions that balance people and business values
• Comfortable working in a fully remote environment
• Availability for a full-time role, requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week
