Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related fields in crypto, fintech, or payments
- Basic understanding of KYC is a plus
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills
- Proactive approach to client management
