Job Summary
Working remotely and supporting US-based customers during business hours, the full-time Junior Customer Success Manager will build relationships with clients, guide them through onboarding, and ensure they derive value from the product while contributing to customer support systems.
Key responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with customers and understand their needs and goals
- Guide new customers through implementation, onboarding, and training processes
- Support existing customers by addressing inquiries, highlighting new features, and conducting Quarterly Business Reviews
Required qualifications
- Previous experience working directly with customers or clients
- Background in a startup or entrepreneurial environment
- Strong self-starter mentality driven by goals
- Experience with AI and automation tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
