Job Summary

Working remotely and supporting US-based customers during business hours, the full-time Junior Customer Success Manager will build relationships with clients, guide them through onboarding, and ensure they derive value from the product while contributing to customer support systems.

Key responsibilities
  • Build trusted relationships with customers and understand their needs and goals
  • Guide new customers through implementation, onboarding, and training processes
  • Support existing customers by addressing inquiries, highlighting new features, and conducting Quarterly Business Reviews
Required qualifications
  • Previous experience working directly with customers or clients
  • Background in a startup or entrepreneurial environment
  • Strong self-starter mentality driven by goals
  • Experience with AI and automation tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
