Job Summary

Supporting US-based customers during Pacific Time business hours, the full-time remote Junior Customer Success Manager will build relationships, guide onboarding processes, and assist with customer inquiries while contributing to product strategies and identifying growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities
  • Build trusted relationships with customers and understand their needs and goals
  • Guide new customers through implementation, onboarding, and training processes
  • Support existing customers by answering questions, highlighting new features, and conducting Quarterly Business Reviews
Required qualifications
  • Experience working directly with customers or clients
  • Background in a startup or entrepreneurial environment
  • Self-starter attitude with a focus on achieving goals
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively to identify new opportunities
  • Familiarity with AI and automation tools
