Junior Data Analyst

Job Summary

To support Banking and Financial Services operations, the full-time Junior Data Analyst will analyze financial and operational data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights while working in a remote, hybrid, or onsite environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean, validate, and analyze large datasets from banking and financial systems
• Develop and maintain operational, financial, and risk-related reports and dashboards
• Monitor key business metrics, customer trends, and portfolio performance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field
• 0-3 years of experience in Data Analysis, Reporting, Business Intelligence, or Financial Analytics
• Advanced SQL skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong understanding of relational databases and data visualization tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly regulated environment
