Junior Data Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Measures and Metrics team, the full-time Junior Data Analyst will focus on SQL data operations, workflow automation, and collaboration with senior technical staff while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Support SQL-based data processes, including writing and modifying intermediate-level SQL queries
• Assist in monitoring and maintaining SSIS packages, troubleshooting and escalating failures or performance issues
• Develop and optimize automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate Flows and learn to create Power BI reports

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or Business, or equivalent experience
• 1-2 years of experience in a data analyst, data operations, or BI support role
• Working knowledge of SQL, including writing and modifying queries
• Experience with automation tools such as Power Automate Flows
• Exposure to AI-assisted productivity tools, such as Microsoft Copilot
