Junior Data Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting business decision-making in a remote capacity, the full-time Junior Data Analyst will collect, analyze, and interpret operational data while collaborating with facilities management and maintenance teams to identify trends and improve performance.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean, validate, and organize data from various operational databases
• Analyze maintenance and operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Excel, or similar tools

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
• 0-3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or facilities management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis functions
• Basic knowledge of SQL or willingness to learn
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience in facilities or technical services
