Job Summary
Joining a dynamic analytics and reporting team, the full-time Junior Data Analytics Specialist will provide Tier 1 support, assist in process improvements, and contribute to operational readiness while learning modern analytics tools and automation technologies.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as Tier 1 help desk support for team tools, solutions, and automations
- Identify inefficiencies within workflows and build simple automations or enhancements
- Collaborate with senior analysts to learn and implement Power Apps and Power BI automation
