Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and production economics applications
• Collaborate across departments to optimize network incentives and systems
• Operationalize processes and coordinate cross-functionally for implementation

Required Qualifications

• Deep understanding of financial and crypto markets and incentives
• Strong foundation in Computer Science principles, including data structures and algorithms
• Experience with data infrastructure design in cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, AWS, Azure)
• Strong SQL and Python skills, along with substantial data analysis experience
• Experience with production-grade software engineering concepts
