Junior Data Support Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting a growing business intelligence and data analytics team, the full-time Junior Data Support Analyst will work remotely to serve as the initial point of engagement for platform users, analyze inquiries, and coordinate with technical teams for timely issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Assess and triage incoming data and platform-related inquiries from analytics platform users
• Analyze user requests to determine root causes and appropriate resolution paths
• Develop and maintain user-facing documentation, FAQs, and knowledge articles to enhance platform adoption

Required Qualifications

• Must be a US Citizen
• 1+ years of experience working in IT
• Familiarity with data analytics platforms or reporting tools
• Experience documenting requirements and requests clearly and accurately
• Experience working with service management or intake systems (e.g., ServiceNow)
