Junior Database Developer
Job Summary
To support a fast-paced agile software development environment, the fully remote Junior Database Developer will collaborate with database administrators to write and maintain stored procedures, manage SQL Agent Jobs for customer reporting, and optimize database performance.
Key responsibilities
- Manage ongoing processing of customer data reporting and provide adhoc reports for internal departments
- Develop and optimize stored procedures to meet specific outputs and performance requirements
- Participate in code review and standards development while utilizing AI-assisted development tools for SQL code improvement
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of extensive Microsoft TSQL development experience or completion of a relevant course of study
- Demonstrated knowledge of the technical features of Microsoft TSQL during the interview process
- Experience with a service delivery ticketing system is preferred
- Ability to analyze and solve complex technical issues while managing multiple priorities
- Comfortable using AI tools responsibly in development and documentation workflows
