Junior Delivery Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Junior Delivery Manager will support the Self-Service Product team by tracking project statuses, coordinating cross-functional launches, and maintaining documentation while collaborating closely with a Product Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Track ticket status in Jira and manage dependencies, ensuring timely follow-up on action items
• Prepare meeting agendas, write summaries, and draft weekly status updates for stakeholders
• Conduct research and synthesize feedback to inform product prioritization and delivery metrics

Required qualifications

• Fluent in English
• Strong structured thinking and attention to detail
• Ability to manage tasks independently
