Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Junior Delivery Manager will support the Self-Service Product team by tracking project statuses, coordinating cross-functional launches, and maintaining documentation while collaborating closely with a Product Manager.
Key responsibilities
- Track ticket status in Jira, flag blockers, and maintain dependency notes
- Prepare meeting agendas, write summaries, and draft weekly status updates
- Conduct ad-hoc research and synthesize feedback for product prioritization
