Junior Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Developer to support and enhance their Careers web platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain backend services using Node.js and develop front-end features using Vue.js
• Maintain and extend an existing Adobe ColdFusion application while refactoring portions into a modern Vue.js-based front end
• Troubleshoot production issues and collaborate with Infrastructure/DevOps on deployments and environment stability

Required Qualifications

• 0-2 years of professional experience or strong internship/project experience
• Hands-on experience with Node.js and building front-end features using JavaScript and a modern framework (Vue.js preferred)
• Solid understanding of web development fundamentals, including HTTP, REST APIs, and JSON
• Experience with at least one server-side language (Node.js preferred)
• Familiarity with Git and a methodical approach to debugging
