Junior Developer
Job Summary
To support agile software development efforts, the full-time remote Junior Developer will maintain front-end and back-end applications, develop and modify code, and participate in code reviews.
Key responsibilities
- Develops and maintains code for applications while following established guidelines and frameworks
- Participates in code reviews and contributes to design activities within a collaborative team environment
- Assesses and remediates technical issues, supporting updates to various defect management reports
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field
- Experience with programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, C++, or Ruby on Rails
- Familiarity with software development frameworks like Spring, React, or PyTorch
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and the full software development life cycle
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal Civilian Public Trust clearance
