Junior Developer Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking a motivated Analyst / Junior Developer for a full-time remote position, responsible for gathering and documenting requirements, developing applications and automation solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements from stakeholders
• Develop and maintain applications, scripts, and automation solutions
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities while creating and maintaining technical documentation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• Hands-on coding experience in one or more languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java, SQL)
• Good understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Ability to interact confidently with both technical teams and business stakeholders
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus
