Junior DevSecOps Engineer

Job Summary

To support national security initiatives, the remote Junior DevSecOps Engineer will manage cloud technologies, develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines, and implement DevSecOps practices while ensuring a strong security-first mindset.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain containerized applications using cloud technologies
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for a large enterprise environment
• Utilize automation and orchestration tools to enhance infrastructure efficiency

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or 4 years of relevant experience
• 8140 Certification
• 1+ years of experience with cloud technologies and infrastructure, CI/CD, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
• Hands-on programming expertise in Python, DSL, JSON, or YAML
• Experience with automation tools like Jenkins, Terraform, or Kubernetes
