Job Summary
A company is looking for a Project Estimator 1 to support the HVAC and Refrigeration estimating team.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze mechanical and refrigeration drawings and specifications
- Perform take-offs for ductwork, piping, controls, and refrigeration equipment
- Assist in developing detailed and accurate estimates
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma and 5+ years of experience in a Specialty-trades role
- Mechanical construction experience in a specialty trade (HVAC, Refrigeration) is a plus
- Familiarity with mechanical system design practices
- Ability to effectively use business tools including E-Mail, Word, and Excel
- Experience with estimating software or drafting software is preferred
