Junior Evaluation Specialist
Job Summary
Supporting a large program within the Department of Veterans Affairs, the fully remote Junior Evaluation Specialist will design and implement program evaluation activities, conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses, and develop performance reports to improve program outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement program evaluation activities and performance measures
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis using surveys, interviews, focus groups, and secondary research
- Analyze evaluation data to identify trends, findings, and opportunities for improvement
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Public Health, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Social Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in program evaluation, research, performance measurement, or data analysis
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative evaluation methods
