Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Event Manager to support various events and enhance the overall event experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the planning and execution of various events, including international fairs, networking events, and webinars
  • Manage budgets, contracts, invoices, and prepare reporting documents
  • Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and the design team to ensure successful event delivery
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in event management or related roles
  • Experience in organizing both offline and online events
  • Proficiency in budget tracking tools such as Excel and task managers like Trello or Asana
  • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team
  • Strong written and spoken English skills
