Job Summary
A company is looking for a Junior Event Manager to support various events and enhance the overall event experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of various events, including international fairs, networking events, and webinars
- Manage budgets, contracts, invoices, and prepare reporting documents
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and the design team to ensure successful event delivery
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in event management or related roles
- Experience in organizing both offline and online events
- Proficiency in budget tracking tools such as Excel and task managers like Trello or Asana
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team
- Strong written and spoken English skills
