Job Summary
To support various events, the part-time Junior Event Manager will manage budgets, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure smooth event execution while working remotely on a temporary contract basis.
Key responsibilities
- Support different types of events, including international fairs, business dinners, and online conferences
- Maintain budgets, sign contracts, and prepare reporting documents
- Collect needs from teams, create event timelines, and lead project team calls
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in event management or related roles
- Experience working with contractors and organizing both offline and online events
- Strong written and spoken English
- Experience in budget tracking and task management tools
- Proactive and self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team
