Job Summary

A company is looking for an Experience Strategic Planner Junior.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support in benchmarks and competitive analysis focused on CRM, loyalty, and user experience
  • Analyze target behavior, identify insights, and map Customer Journeys to detect pain points and opportunities
  • Contribute to the development of strategic presentations centered on the customer
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communication, Psychology, Sociology, or related fields
  • 1-2 years of experience in strategic planning, customer data analysis, or related projects
  • Relevant internships or initial experience in agency or customer-oriented environments are valued
  • Familiarity with digital projects and marketing ecosystems
  • Basic knowledge or interest in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365) is a plus
