Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Finance Associate to join their Finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process, including client invoicing and collections support
• Maintain and update financial systems, ensuring accuracy and recommending improvements
• Prepare and distribute financial reports and assist with month-end and year-end close activities

Required Qualifications

• Professional experience in a finance or accounting role, focusing on accounts receivable or financial operations
• Proficiency with financial systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
