Junior Finance Business Partner

Job Summary

Supporting the Finance team in a fully remote capacity, the full-time Junior Finance Business Partner will assist with variance analysis, training for budget holders, and financial due diligence for grantees and service providers.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with variance analysis, forecasting, and the annual financial planning process
• Design and conduct training sessions for budget holders on finance processes
• Support the finance team during month-end closure, particularly with funding source allocations

Required qualifications

• Experience in a finance team, ideally in the non-profit sector, with FP&A responsibilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft and Google suites, especially Excel and Google Sheets
• Familiarity with financial planning software and tools like NetSuite, Pigment, or SmartSimple is advantageous
• Experience in drafting and reviewing management reports
• Ability to work collaboratively in a global, high-trust environment
