Junior Financial Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting financial reporting and analysis, the full-time Junior Financial Analyst will assist with budgeting, forecasting, and business performance management in a fully remote role while collaborating closely with Finance leadership and the CFO.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and analyses for leadership
- Assist with annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes
- Help build and improve financial processes and reporting tools
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Mathematics, or a related field
- 2-5 years of relevant financial analysis, FP&A, or accounting experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and data manipulation
- Demonstrated initiative and willingness to take ownership of projects
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while remaining collaborative
