Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Graphic Designer - Project Based.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging YouTube thumbnails and provide two unique versions per video for A/B testing
• Collaborate with producers and content editors to align thumbnail concepts with each video's tone and audience strategy
• Manage quick turnarounds for time-sensitive content while maintaining quality and innovation

Required Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of design experience, preferably in a fast-paced content or social media environment
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator
• Good understanding of layout, color, composition, and typography
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks
• Familiarity with YouTube trends and thumbnail performance tactics is a plus
