Junior Graphic Designer

Job Summary

Supporting the creation of engaging learning materials and marketing assets, the full-time Junior Graphic Designer will develop high-quality visual content for training programs and brand communications, working remotely or in a hybrid capacity with optional office access in London.

Key Responsibilities

• Create learning materials and marketing assets using Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint
• Collaborate with the Design Team and stakeholders to deliver projects on time while maintaining brand guidelines
• Stay updated on design trends and continuously seek to improve efficiency and quality across projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 1+ year of experience in a graphic design role within an agency or corporate environment
• Strong portfolio demonstrating core graphic design principles
• Excellent working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop
• Ability to integrate AI tools into design workflows with practical examples preferred
