Junior Graphic Designer

Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer for a full-time remote position, responsible for creating high-impact proposals, RFP responses, and executive presentations while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure precision and consistency in design.

Key responsibilities

• Design and format multi-page proposals, RFP responses, and presentation decks
• Execute structured layouts using established templates and ensure consistency in formatting
• Collaborate with Lead Graphic Designers and content teams to maintain high design standards

Required qualifications

• 1 - 3 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an agency or in-house setting
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field preferred
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign
• Working knowledge of PowerPoint and Keynote
• Demonstrated experience with long-format or editorial-style design
