To support full-cycle hiring for clinical and non-clinical healthcare roles on federal programs, the remote Junior Healthcare Recruiter will source candidates, conduct initial screenings, and maintain candidate pipelines while collaborating with senior recruiters and program managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates for healthcare positions using various platforms and referrals
• Conduct initial phone screens to assess qualifications and availability
• Maintain accurate candidate records and manage the applicant tracking system

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience in clinical or non-clinical healthcare roles
• Demonstrated sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or similar platforms
• Working knowledge of healthcare job titles, credentials, and licensure requirements
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
