Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Help Desk Support Specialist to provide Tier 1 support for the IBM TRIRIGA Integrated Workplace Management System at the IRS.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Tier 1 user support for system access, navigation issues, and basic application questions
  • Log and triage incoming issues into the designated issue tracking system, ensuring all relevant information is captured
  • Monitor incoming queues to ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for response times
Required Qualifications
  • 0-3 years of experience in IT help desk, customer service, or computer user support
  • Basic understanding of enterprise software environments and proficiency with IT ticketing systems
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Must be a United States Citizen and able to obtain Public Trust security clearance
  • Must pass strict IRS background checks and adhere to a rigid onboarding SLA
