Job Summary
Junior Helpdesk Agent, provides full-time technical assistance for computer hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring efficient operations and user support.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware, software, and network issues
- Provide technical assistance and support to users via various communication channels
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and/or 0 to 2 years of experience
- Security Clearance: TS/SCI with CI Poly
- Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in identifying and resolving complex security issues
