Job Summary

Junior Helpdesk Agent, provides full-time technical assistance for computer hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring efficient operations and user support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware, software, and network issues
  • Provide technical assistance and support to users via various communication channels
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and/or 0 to 2 years of experience
  • Security Clearance: TS/SCI with CI Poly
  • Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience in identifying and resolving complex security issues
