Processing Federal personnel and payroll actions, the full-time Junior HR Specialist will manage tasks related to hiring, separations, and pay changes while utilizing various HR systems and providing customer support.
Key responsibilities
- Process and review a wide range of Federal personnel and payroll actions, including hires and separations
- Utilize HR systems such as EmpowHR and USA Staffing to manage personnel records and payroll actions
- Identify and resolve routine and complex personnel and payroll processing issues in a timely manner
Required qualifications
- 4 years of experience in Federal personnel and payroll processing
- Experience with Federal HR systems including EmpowHR, FHR Navigator, and eOPF
