Job Summary
Joining a dynamic team in a hybrid capacity, the full-time Junior HRIS Analyst will update and maintain employee data in HRIS systems, assist with digital personnel file preparation, and support data audits while working onsite in Lower Manhattan three days a week and remotely on Mondays and Fridays.
Key responsibilities:
- Updating and maintaining employee data in HRIS systems and benefit platforms
- Assisting with digital personnel file preparation and ensuring compliance with onboarding documentation
- Managing ad hoc HRIS projects and supporting the team with data audits
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources
- 0.5-2 years of HRIS processing experience, including internships
- Knowledge of onboarding processes and personnel files
- Prior experience or knowledge with SAP preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
