Job Summary
Supporting daily People & Culture operations, the full-time Junior Human Resources Generalist will manage HR coordination, employee support, and assist with manager needs to ensure effective delivery of core HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes while ensuring timely execution of HR tasks
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, providing accurate responses or escalating as necessary
- Assist managers with basic HR needs and ensure consistency in onboarding and performance-related activities
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in office management, facilities coordination, or workplace operations
- Strong understanding of organizational culture and employee experience
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with HR, leadership, and operations teams
- Experience in coordinating travel and leadership offsites
