Junior Implementation Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Jr Implementation Engineer (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with customer onboarding and guide them through server connections
• Support basic tasks including tunnel configuration, user setup, and data migrations
• Collaborate with project management on implementations and create documentation for deployed platforms

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 2-4 years of experience with web technologies such as web servers and databases
• Familiarity with web-based programming languages like .NET, PHP, and JavaScript
• Experience with virtualization and firewall/VPN technologies
• Basic knowledge of networking protocols and services
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science is a plus, but equivalent work experience is acceptable
