Job Summary

Passionate about technology and customer support, the full-time remote Junior Implementation Engineer will manage customer inquiries, oversee payment processes, and maintain inventory for telecommunications services.

Key responsibilities:
  • Respond to support tickets and ensure compliance with client SLAs using Service Now
  • Act as the interface between clients and providers, handling service requests and inventory management
  • Oversee all stages of the payment process, including invoice tracking and payment confirmation
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Information Technology, or related fields
  • 3 to 4 years of experience in payment management and processing
  • Proven customer service experience in a support role
  • Familiarity with telecommunications products and services
  • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
