Job Summary
Passionate about technology and customer support, the full-time remote Junior Implementation Engineer will manage customer inquiries, oversee payment processes, and maintain inventory for telecommunications services.
Key responsibilities:
- Respond to support tickets and ensure compliance with client SLAs using Service Now
- Act as the interface between clients and providers, handling service requests and inventory management
- Oversee all stages of the payment process, including invoice tracking and payment confirmation
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Information Technology, or related fields
- 3 to 4 years of experience in payment management and processing
- Proven customer service experience in a support role
- Familiarity with telecommunications products and services
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
