Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Implementation Specialist to support the onboarding of new customers and enhance their experience with the platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the end-to-end onboarding of new customers for a smooth and timely launch
  • Guide customers through platform setup, including ordering cards and configuring spend controls
  • Track onboarding progress and communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer support, onboarding, or operations
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience in fintech, SaaS, or payments is preferred
  • Familiarity with corporate card programs or expense management tools
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
