Job Summary
A company is looking for a Junior Implementation Specialist to support the onboarding of new customers and enhance their experience with the platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end onboarding of new customers for a smooth and timely launch
- Guide customers through platform setup, including ordering cards and configuring spend controls
- Track onboarding progress and communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in customer support, onboarding, or operations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience in fintech, SaaS, or payments is preferred
- Familiarity with corporate card programs or expense management tools
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
