Junior Infrastructure Engineer

Job Summary

To support innovative cloud solutions, the full-time Junior Infrastructure Engineer will design, implement, and manage workload automation initiatives while providing ongoing infrastructure support for CMS Product teams in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the design, implementation, and management of workload automation initiatives
• Develop and maintain cloud infrastructure design, configuration, and support documentation
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to cloud infrastructure and services

Required qualifications

• US Citizen or Green Card Holder required
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
• 1-2 years of cloud infrastructure engineering experience, focusing on AWS or Azure Cloud Platform
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
• Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Python, Java, or Node.js
