Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Instructional Designer.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop e-learning content using Rise 360 and Storyline 360
• Create and edit screencast content utilizing Camtasia
• Make minimal graphic design updates to images for course integration

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in e-learning instructional design
• Experience with video screen capture and audio editing
• Basic graphic design skills, including image fidelity and sizing
• Ability to work quickly in an agile environment
• Openness to feedback and iteration, with a positive mindset
