Junior Inventory Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Inventory Analyst to join their Publishing Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and track inventory activity and manage inventory reports
• Coordinate the activation of up-priced stock and manage printings within quantity thresholds
• Liaise with various departments to address inventory needs and customer queries

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 1-2 years of publishing experience preferred
• Previous experience in Inventory Management, Sales, or Finance preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with SAP and Power BI is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with data
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
