Job Summary
Seeking a part-time Junior IT Analyst, this role will manage Tier 1 IT support, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain user access while working remotely in a dynamic environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal Tier 1 IT support by troubleshooting hardware, software, access, and endpoint issues
- Manage the employee lifecycle by provisioning and deprovisioning user accounts and maintaining appropriate access across business systems
- Administer Google Workspace, including email accounts, groups, shared drives, and permissions
Required qualifications:
- 0-3 years of IT Support, Help Desk, or IT Operations experience (recent graduates with relevant internships or coursework are encouraged to apply)
- Experience supporting Google Workspace or similar cloud productivity platforms
- Experience with or exposure to Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions such as Microsoft Intune, Kandji, Jamf, or similar platforms
- Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and user access issues
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping others
