Junior IT Product Owner

Job Summary

Seeking a motivated apprentice, the part-time Junior IT Product Owner will manage a squad backlog, support data management and process improvement activities, and coordinate testing throughout the delivery lifecycle in a hybrid work environment for a 12-month apprenticeship.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the squad backlog, defining and prioritizing epics and user stories
• Capture and translate business needs into functional requirements and acceptance criteria
• Coordinate and support testing activities to ensure quality of releases

Required qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Understanding of IT systems, data models, and integration concepts
• Familiarity with PLM solutions (Infor Optiva or similar) and/or ERP systems (SAP)
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Confluence
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
